This app is independently owned by igseller.com and not owned by any other company in full or parts wherein, we had provided you with option to connect with Instagram/Paypal/Payumoney/CCAvenue etc for data and payments.This app provides subscription based service with no long term contracts, and you have options to subscribe monthly/yearly or as described and its your responsibility to start or stop subscription based on your choice.

IGSeller.com mobile app users are the sellers who are currently selling products via social apps like Instagram/Facebook/Google+ to their followers all over the world. IGSeller.com mobile app makes it very simple for sellers to sell their products in via social apps like Instagram / snapshat or others. Now sellers can business professionally and buyers will feel more confident to buy products, make payment and get delivery. Sellers can now instantly launch their own brand mobile App. Sellers can launch "Prime app" or "Pro app". The "Prime apps" are easy , fast and instant. "Prime apps" launches takes place over IGSeller.com Mall App. The "Pro Apps" works directly on Android PlayStore which requires android approval time.

Both apps can be directly be linked to your social apps account like Instagram. Both apps are equally powerful for buyers where sellers can publish products even without cost for open deals and for priced products sellers can still make different deals to different buyers by issuing discount coupons.

There are 2 kind of sellers on IGSeller Mall App: direct seller and assured seller. Direct seller can directly collect payments for all sales done over IGSeller mall app. Assured seller payment is collected by IGSeller.com and released to seller after successful product delivery. Option of Assured Seller is yet to be launched.
Both type of sellers may choose to receive online/offline payment for the product they are selling over IGSeller.com App. Both type of sellers may choose to refund or partially refund or no refund based payment/refund policy as suitable for the product they are selling over IGSeller.com App. Both type of sellers may choose to return or no return based payment/return policy as suitable for the product they are selling over IGSeller.com App. Both type of sellers may choose to exchange or no exchange based exchange policy as suitable for the product they are selling over IGSeller Mall App. Unless otherwise specified, sellers agree to default term and conditions for selling items :Custom Order, 100% delivery, no return, no Exchange and no refund, wherein meaning of these terms as specified below.

Custom Order. - This means that purchased product is specifically made/arranged by seller, where returns/refunds/exchanges are not possible for seller.
100% delivery. - This means that 100% amount gets refunded to buyer in case delivery is not possible due to any reason.
Easy Return. - This means that product can be returned based on conditions and time limit defined by seller wherein, client can ask applicable refund. Such refund should be completed by seller in accord with sales terms and conditions agreed by buyer at the time of purchase.
Easy Exchange. - This means that product can be exchanged based on agreed terms and conditions.
Easy Cancel. - This means that purchase can be cancelled based on terms and conditions by seller. Here, buyer can ask applicable refund. this refund should be completed by seller within agreed time limit.
No Exchange. - This means that correctly delivered items can not be exchanged.
No Cancellation. This means that correctly dispatched items can not be cancelled.
No Refund. - This means that money for correctly delivered items can not be refunded.
No Return. - This means that correctly delivered items can not be returned.

You just need a Smart Phone with internet connection to download IGSeller.com mobile apps (Admin app for Seller and Mall app for buyer) from Google Playstore to start using our service. Customer Support is available from the dashboard of these mobile apps. Further, When there’s something important to notify, we will send you Service notifications to the email associated with your IGSeller.com account.

Service Updates and Changes in Terms.
We may change these Terms at any time, and we'll tell you when we do. Using the Services after the changes become effective means you agree to the new terms. If you don't agree to the new terms, you must stop using the Services, close your IGSeller.com account. Sometimes you'll need software updates to keep using the Services. We may automatically check your version of the software and download software updates or configuration changes. You may also be required to update the software to continue using the Services. Such updates are subject to these Terms unless other terms accompany the updates, in which case, those other terms apply. IGSeller.com isn't obligated to make any updates available and we don't guarantee that we will support the version of the system for which you licensed the software. Additionally, there may be times when we need to remove or change features or functionality of the Service or stop providing a Service or access to Third-Party Apps and Services altogether. Except to the extent required by applicable law, we have no obligation to provide a re-download or replacement of any material, Digital Goods, or applications previously purchased.

Your Content.
Our service allow you to store / publish your content wherein, we don't claim ownership of your content. Your content remains your content and you are responsible for it. When you publish your content using our service while loading product details or elsewhere , you understand that they may be able to, on a worldwide basis, use, save, record, reproduce, transmit, display your content without compensating you. IGSeller.com cannot be held responsible for your content or the material others upload, store or share using the Services. Further, its your responsibility to use content which is neither objectionable nor property of anyone to store or publish via our service. You agree that you are not using copyright contents including but not limited to images/text. You hold the entire responsibility for any such infringement claims and consequences thereof, wherein the action from our end can lead to suspension or even termination of account with us without notice with immediate effect.
For loading product related content , apart from internet link, we also provide our users with interface to pull data from their Instagram account wherein , we help users to create access token for their developer app with Instagram and then taking permission to use this access token to pull data from their account to load products. It is entirely user responsibility to abide with Instagram App related terms and conditions before connecting Instagram account with desired credentials and then allowing us to load data on user behalf. Further, unless user can prove his instagram handle successful connection to Instagram , his account can't be setup to sell products. In such case user is required to contact us for manual verification of his Instagram handle to approve his account with us.

Payments and Refund.
For payments, we don't provide our direct interface to collect or store payment related information. We redirect you to third party payment gateway (like PAYPAL) to collect payments on our behalf. You are required to carefully read and agree various agreements by these third party payment interfaces while confirming payment. We may offer you service free Trial period to carefully understand the utility of service. Following this, you will be subscribed to monthly/yearly service subscriptions. In related to this, you need to carefully understand and agree with terms and conditions defined by us. In related to this, you also need to carefully understand and agree with terms and conditions defined by involved third party. All payments from next billing cycle will automatically be collected in advance. we don't bind you with no long term contracts. You can anytime cancel the subscription by visiting your account with payment gateway ( like PAYPAL ) used for subscribing service with us and your service will automatically be cancelled from next billing cycle. Completed payment can't be refunded in full or parts however we do refund all payments if deducted after cancellation request with us or any not agreed deduction or technology failure to deduct unfair. Any refunds if agreed can be done into PAYPAL account only. Non payment of services may put your services to suspension or termination, wherein termination means that you will loose all the data related to your service. All payments will attract an extra Tax of around 18% . Users from every country except India will have to pay in USD, wherein Indian users will have to pay in Indian Rupees using Indian Payment Gateway. Further, Indian users can take our service on yearly basis and not monthly, wherein users will be provided with yearly invoice for required payment for service usage. You agree not to raise Payment dispute for any of the following reasons: Service suspension for valid reason, Service termination for non-payment, Payment done before Service Cancellation, Choice of Wrong Package before payment, in agreement to pay Taxes/late fee/upgrade or for anything which you are already agreed to.

Permissions.
This app requires user location access to automatically identify user country while registration. Further, this app requires access to read phone state and get accounts of user, for auto verification based email registration and auto login technology. Further this app requires access to phone contacts for phone number verification and for automatically adding buyers/sellers contacts to phonebook for convenient coordination. Further, this app requires access to read/write SMS for instant phone number verification while new user registration. Further, this app uses inappbrowser communication with third party websites by displaying title/link of web pages shown to you for specific purposes including authentication with Instagram and payments via Paypal or others etc , by presenting you with relevant agreements.
